THE BOTTLE

Maison Pouget’s visual artists and sculptors
brought this extraordinary piece to life.
A magnificent blown-glass globe of our
world, through its continents, reveals
the vibrant color of this exceptional blend.

Our artists were inspired by the belief
that wine, an ancient craft, unites us
as a community, and that human beings
are responsible for sustaining the world.

Planet Earth is upheld by a sculpture wrought
in metal and bathed in a golden hue, figures
of men and women intertwined with vine
leaves and clusters of grapes in a symmetrical
composition around the body of the bottle.

The creation of this piece took place in
Argentina, Germany, and Chile, pursuing
perfection in each of its details.

2019

Introduction: This wine has been crafted to express the delightful fusion of two grape varieties from three different regions, combined with meticulous winemaking techniques capable of surprising and delighting with its aromatic and flavor qualities. A blend that invites you to enjoy its evolution in the bottle and promises an enormous future potential.

Visual Aspect: An impeccable presentation in the glass. Intense and concentrated dark hues with subtle violet and garnet shades, which, combined with its clarity and brilliance, accomplish an excellent balance between its vintage and its current aspect. Striking and attractive.

Nose: Complexity and aromatic elegance define the nose of this wine. It captivates and delights with a delicious and expressive combination of fruits, reveling blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, amongst others. Fresh herbal notes such as anise, eucalyptus, and menthol are also present, seamlessly integrated with delicate spices including pepper and clove. Finally, with time, appealing notes of vanilla and smoke emerge, creating an intriguing and enticing aromatic profile. Powerful, rich, and distinctive.

Tasting Aspect: The initial impression on the palate is gentle, followed by silky and ripe tannins that unfold alongside flavourful, velvety textures, creating a delightful experience. The wine develops across the mid-palate with firm persistence, showing a robust and full-bodied profile, with harmony, balance, and a refreshing structure that adds complexity and enhances this remarkable blend. Superb and elegant, yet highly enjoyable, intended for memorable occasions and gatherings.

Overall Assessment: A classic red wine with a perfectly defined style, and an Argentine icon, which brings together a wide variety of characteristics that delight the senses. Deep, expressive, and flavorful, this blend offers a comprehensive sensory profile, ranging from fruit notes to the complex flavors derived from barrel aging. An outstanding and incredible benchmark that expresses the typicity of Argentine wine.

Serving Temperature: For a pleasant experience, we recommend serving the wine between 12°C and 14°C. Once opened, it should be served and allowed to breathe in the glass for at least 20 minutes to fully develop its expression.

Pairing: This wine lends itself to two distinct scenarios of enjoyment. It can be appreciated on its own, without food pairing, for example, while lingering after-dinner moments. It can also be enhanced when paired with well-seasoned dishes that have undergone lengthy preparation and various cooking methods, including grilled red meat dishes, stews, pasta with rich sauces, and other flavourful dishes.

Cellaring: This wine is currently at an excellent stage; however, under proper storage conditions, it is expected to age for at least 15 to 20 years from the vintage, revealing different stages of its evolution.
